Tweens Term Classes

Weekly art classes for upper Primary aged children, aged 8-12 years.

Class description:

Young artists will build a solid foundation in drawing and painting techniques while being introduced to new concepts and inspiration.

Tweens classes are designed to introduce and develop the fundamentals of drawing, painting and mixed media and prepare students for future progress into our teens’ classes.

These classes will cover drawing (shading, the elements of line, value, and composition and perspective), painting with acrylics and watercolour and mixed media techniques incorporating printmaking.

Our goal in these classes is to build upon a foundation and help students cultivate their own unique style and further develop observational and imaginative drawing/painting skills with artist Katrina Fisher.

• MONDAY  – 5.30 pm – 6.45 pm (20 April – 8 June) – SOLD OUT
• SATURDAY – 11.00 am – 12.15 pm (25 April – 13 June) –SOLD OUT

The cost is $385 per term (includes GST) with all materials provided. A sibling discount is available for two children. Payment plans available.
