Kids Term Classes

Art classes for Primary aged children, aged 6-12 years held in my new children’s art studio in East Geelong.

Class description:

Students learn a range of art techniques and explore differing styles through drawing, painting, collage, and construction/clay activities. Weekly projects provide opportunities for children to learn about art history and experiment with various materials such as watercolour, acrylics, pencils, pastels, air drying clay and more.

Projects are based on art elements and art principles and students will learn to mix colours, create interesting compositions, and build observational and imaginative drawing skills. Through a series of fun and exciting activities, students learn to express their creativity and imagination in a nurturing environment with artist Katrina Fisher.

Class schedule:

8 weeks of group classes held each term.

Term 4 – Classes commence Monday 7 October, 2024.

Classes conducted on the following days during Term 4:

• MONDAY  – 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm (1 place available)
• WEDNESDAY  – 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm (2 places available)
• FRIDAY – 4.00 pm – 5.00 pm (class fully booked)
• SATURDAY – 10.00 am – 11.00 am (class fully booked)
