Location:

Kids Art Room is located at 6 Breakwater Rd Thomson 3219 (East Geelong).

Class Fees:

Kids, Teens and Adult Term Classes – $385 per term with all materials supplied for 8 weeks. (A sibling/family discount is available for two or more artists).

Preschool Storytime & Art Term Classes – $350 per term, with all materials supplied for 8 weeks. (A sibling/family discount is available for two or more artists).

Workshops / Holiday sessions (1.5 hrs) – $50 pp unless otherwise stated.

Full day holiday sessions (4 hrs) – $110 pp unless otherwise stated.

All class fees are inclusive of 10% GST and are non-refundable once paid. All art materials are provided for each session.

Katrina holds a current ‘Working with Children’s Check’ and ‘Police Check’.

Payment

Payment is via direct bank deposit. After you have registered with Katrina, you will be emailed an invoice with payment details. If you would like to discuss an alternative payment option or a payment plan, please contact Katrina. Please ensure that your payment is made by the due date as students can only commence classes once payment has been finalised or payment plan approved.

Bookings are non-refundable, however if you provide at least 24 hours notice you can transfer your booking to another available class. Refunds or transfers are not offered to ‘no shows’.

Trial Sessions and mid-term enrolment

There are 10 places available in any given class. Trial sessions can be arranged if there is an open space in a class. Please contact Katrina to discuss the options. Please note, priority is given to families booking a full-term space and trials can only be conducted if there is availability. Mid-term commencement is also possible, based on available space (cost adjusted accordingly).

Emergency Contact Information

You will be required to complete an emergency contact information form prior to your first class. Please advise Katrina if your details change whilst enrolled at Kids Art Room Geelong.

Clothing  

Art smocks are available in the studio for children/adults to use, however we do recommend wearing old clothes as some materials may stain clothing. Kids Art Room Geelong is not responsible for damaged belongings.

Liability Waiver & Photo Consent

You agree to take on full responsibility for any damages, injuries and for physical and/or personal property, which your child might incur whilst participating in classes conducted by Kids Art Room Geelong.

You agree to give Kids Art Room Geelong unrestricted publishing rights for any photographs taken at classes conducted in the Kids Art Room Geelong studio.  If you do not wish for photographs of your child, please advise Katrina in writing.

Public Holidays

Our operating hours are normal on public holidays unless otherwise stated. Students who are unable to attend classes on a public holiday will be offered a make-up class within the term that they are enrolled or during the school holidays.
