Teens Term Classes

Art classes for teens, secondary school aged children from 12-18 years.

Class description:

Students will learn foundational skills in drawing and painting through a series of structured exercises and the development of their own projects and artwork. Each child’s natural ability and creative interests will be developed in a nurturing environment where students will be mentored one-on-one by artist Katrina Fisher.

Students will:

• Work with a range of drawing materials, watercolour / acrylic paints, and other media.
• Strengthen their understanding of composition, colour theory, design etc and apply these principles to their own work.
• Expand their knowledge of historical and contemporary art/artists.
• Develop their own personal artistic style, whilst working on their own projects.
• Develop a portfolio of unique artworks.

I have places available for my Wednesday class only – Thursday is fully booked. Classes are $350 for the term, with all materials supplied. 8 weeks of group classes each term.

Wednesday – 5.15 pm – 6.30 pm – (places available)

Thursdays – 4.15 pm – 5.30 pm (class fully booked)
